Online Classes and Recordings
Enjoy the classes from the comfort of your own home. Classes are live stream on Zoom or recordings are delivered to your email inbox. Participation in live classes or via recordings is based on a session registration. Sessions are 2 months at a time. You may sign up at any time during a session and fees will be prorated. Class recording is provided if you miss a class or prefer the convenience of practicing on your own schedule.
Cost:
$7.50 per class when you sign up for 2 or more classes per week,
$9.00 per class for 1 class per week.
Clients are encouraged to sign up for 2 classes per week to gain the most benefit from a regular yoga practice. Meditation Monday is free. Contact us for your free class and details to join.
Chair Class Description
This gentle Hatha Yoga class uses a chair as a prop, with seated and standing options. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and adults of all ages, especially seniors. No yoga experience is required. Each class guides you through breathing, balance, strength, stretch and relaxation practices. This class will offer options to make yoga more accessible, whether you have health, mobility or disability issues. It is also perfect for anyone new to yoga or for those who just want to take it slower and explore their practice in a safe and comfortable environment of self-acceptance and restoration.
Mat Class Description
This gentle Hatha Yoga class is the perfect balance of effort and ease. Each class guides you through breathing, balance, strength, stretch and relaxation practices. It is suitable for adults of all ages, especially seniors. This class will offer options to make yoga more accessible, whether you are have health, mobility or disability issues. No yoga experience is required. Participants must be able to get down to and up from a mat on the floor. A chair prop may be used for balance during standing practice. Yoga mat, 2 blocks and a strap are recommended.
Meditation Description
Everyone is welcome! Meditation Mondays are free. It is an opportunity to experience a variety of different mindfulness practices to discover what resonates for you. While research supports many benefits of these practices, the best way to know is to just try it! Live stream on Zoom and visit with the participants or practice along with the recording. Microphones are turned off during practice and camera can be on or off.
