Online Gentle Chair and Mat Yoga Classes
We are an online yoga community committed to providing a balanced and accessible yoga practice where everyone can experience yoga. It is an opportunity to explore a variety of practices; including breath work, physical exercises for balancing, strengthening and stretching, as well as relaxation and meditation, to enhance quality of life and healthy aging. Our online classes are suitable for adults of all ages, including seniors; every fitness level, and whether new to yoga or experienced. There is always time to connect with participants before class.
