Online Gentle Chair and Mat Yoga Classes
We are an online yoga community committed to providing a balanced and accessible yoga practice for everyone. It is an opportunity to explore a variety of practices; including breath work, physical exercises for balancing, strengthening and stretching, as well as relaxation and meditation. Our online, live-streamed classes are suitable for adults of all ages, focusing on older adults. There is always time to connect with participants before class. Every fitness level is welcome, whether you are new to yoga or experienced.
